What masters degree for someone starting to law school?

I’m wondering what kind of master’s degree we should pursue. we have the BA in truth as well as after we devise upon in attendance law school. we wish the degree which will whet my logic skills for law school.
The reason which I’m not only requesting to law school is b/c we was academically discharged as well as prior to we re request we contingency do something for dual years to uncover which I’ve sensory my skills…

Why do not we only take the LSAT as well as request to Law School? Don’t rubbish your time as well as income upon the Master’s Degree. Law school is essentially celebration of the mass as well as essay anyways. You will review during slightest 4 hours each night… each night.

You do not need a masters to request to law school. But if we instruct to aspire to an additional degree prior to starting, Philosophy, Sociology, Public Policy, Public Health or American Studies have been all flattering engaging during a Masters level.

Although law school does need logic skills, the some-more critical capability to have is the capability to effectively qualification your argument(s) upon exams as well as in papers. As the counsel ‘words have been your tools’ as well as the improved we have been during selecting the right word to communicate just what we meant is invaluable.
That said, I’d suggest we to go for the masters in english.
There were most most times whilst sitting in those four-hour letter exams which we wished which we had taken some-more essay classes whilst in undergrad.

Philosophy or Math. we have the slight welfare for math since we am the math sort man as well as it opens doors to some-more options which truth eg we can even do engineering with the math degree if law does not work out. Except for truth clergyman we can’t consider of the singular thing math would not validate we for as well as truth would. It sharpens meditative skills only as most as truth IMHO.

Philosophy would work IF you’re assured we can get behind in to law school. The complaint with truth is which there isn’t the pursuit marketplace for people with masters degrees in philosophy. Even for those which reason doctorates, there were 3 field for each truth pursuit opening only the couple of years ago. Because the truth marketplace isn’t great, generally if we only have the depot MA, do something which we can put to operate if we do not get behind in to law school similar to an MPA or an MBA if we can pitch it.
